Program Objectives
The Associate of Applied Science in Business Management is designed to develop students’ knowledge and practical skills in management, supervision, leadership, human resources, marketing, finance, operations, business technology, and strategic decision-making. Students learn to plan, organize, coordinate, and evaluate business activities while applying effective communication, analytical, problem-solving, and workplace-management skills. The program also prepares students to use modern business technologies, interpret business information, manage organizational resources, and respond effectively to workplace challenges. Program Learning Outcomes
