All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to review and approval by Texas Business School.
Program Registration
Enrollment in any program is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Students are encouraged to carefully review program details before registering.
Before Program Commencement
Participants may submit a written refund request up to seven (7) calendar days before the official commencement date of a program.
Approved refunds may be subject to administrative and processing charges of up to 40% of the amount paid.
Refund requests submitted less than seven (7) days before commencement may not qualify for a refund.
After Program Commencement
Once any of the following has occurred, all fees become non-refundable:
- Attendance of any class session
- Access to learning portals
- Access to recorded content
- Receipt of course materials
- Participation in workshops or practical exercises
- Access to internship support resources
Certification Fees
Payments made for:
- Certification examinations
- Certification registrations
- Vendor certification programs
- Assessment fees
- Third-party examination services
are strictly non-refundable.
Installment Payments
Students enrolled under payment plans remain responsible for outstanding balances according to agreed payment schedules, regardless of attendance or withdrawal after program commencement.
Career Services
Fees paid for career coaching, resume development, interview preparation, mentorship programs, and related services become non-refundable once services have commenced.
Program Cancellation by Texas Business School
Where Texas Business School cancels a program for reasons within its control, students may be offered:
- A full refund; or
- Transfer to another cohort or program.
Duplicate Payments
Refunds may be approved for:
- Duplicate payments
- Overpayments
- Verified billing errors
Refund Processing
Approved refunds shall be processed within fourteen (14) to thirty (30) business days after approval.
Right to Refuse Refund Requests
Texas Business School reserves the right to reject refund requests where educational services have been rendered, learning resources have been provided, or administrative costs have been incurred.
Acceptance
By making payment for any Texas Business School program or service, the student acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
